Appointed Time

Singleness of mind and purpose remained until deceptions vileness poisoned

Prevailing joy giving expressive praise in gentle accordance

In discordant febrility of misplaced honour

Dishonour and destruction held sway for a while

Till times long established came into being;

Wheels spun in heavenly realms and purposes that magnify glorious Father

Were set into motion bringing into being in a new era of hope restored,

At that time His wrath was lifted and grace came into being

My Lord came with Heaven’s glorious presence and renewed creation

Ancient scars of humiliation and despair healed in an instance of rebirth

Dead souls reawakened to life -

Eternal life in obedience enabled expression

Hearts filled with joy bubbled to overflowing

And mouths set free to give holy praise reaching into glorious light,

Singing their appreciation,

Proclaiming Father’s worthy praise –
