Songs of thanksgiving

I

Give praise to your Creator

Who rules immense heavens above,

Whose eyes roam earth

Seeking for obedient souls

Souls, who in receiving Father’s grace unconditional,

Fill creation with God’s praise

Sharing light of Father’s glory among brethren-

Thou obedient servants of His

Fill earth with your songs of thanksgiving

That those who in confusion shy away from grace may

Be drawn into your praise, that

In entering light of glorious praise may receive life and live

Living fully in grace of precious blood of Salvation’s Lord-

Praise glorious Father in seeking souls you bring to Him

These hungry souls seeking to find life’s source

Nourish ye all in His abundant provisions of grace without limit

Acknowledging that you maker’s grace expresses itself in you and through you-

Filled am I with grace of Father’s love incomparable

That Messianic glory of Son, who in obedience ushered amidst men

Salvation’s work fulfilled in love unconditional

When Grace took upon his loving shoulder mantle of rulership

Through obedience and taught a lesson of love;

Feeding life’s light of joy-

Love that enabled obedient souls to enter their Father’s presence,

A way enabled only through beloved and loving Son
for, only He is appointed,

Forever set above all creation

Creator’s chosen one, who is the way, the truth and life-

From life He came to overcome death, giving life eternal

Humbling death and stubbing its sting

Death could not keep him, he resurrected by mighty power of God

Leading prisoners in his wake

Then in resurrection glory He ascended beyond stars and galaxies

To be seated at right hand of Father’s throne of glory,

Filling creation with a mighty presence;

Father’s blessings assured for eternity in renewing light

Of life that beloved Son ushered in-

What man is there who can comprehend the Lord’s grace?

That understanding of man's plight whereupon no other sacrifice

But sacrosanct blood of God's beloved Son could breach a way for forgiveness

When obedient Son of God descended to pay price of Man's redemption,

A way of relief for redemption fulfilled to set free humanity in bondage is forever enabled

So that Man who in falling, fell between deep cracks of despair

Could be set free in Christ Jesus, the way to life eternal in Himself-

He who sat in supremacy became obedient servant, humble,

To make a way out for Man,

When Man was enabled an insight, a glimpse of understanding

Mighty was grateful praise of eyes opened to revelation’s wonderful appearance

Praise from willing hearts giving glory to their maker

Magnifying their creator for salvation’s work fulfilled-

Eyes lifted to Heaven's light that is life,

For once beholding sight of glorious Son of Man

From eyes before blinded by forlorn darkness’s deception,

Long was man's despair but eternity of God's overwhelming compassion

Re-expressed grace when the bearer of light gave life-
