Healing Waters

Lord of Creation healing His children

You filled these wayward broken with light

Their faces lighten with joy

When Father’s glorious presence lifted their fallen visage –

Blighted souls reborn in refreshing waters

Healing in mighty onrush, untapped, from hidden depths

Hearts willing learn glorious praise

Hearts bursting with thanksgiving as their praise fills heaven’s pathways –

Delighted is glorious mighty one

At these who in obedience have heeded call of loving shepherd

Who have been gathered into His loving embrace

Giving praise with joyful hearts afire –

For they heard call of true shepherd, loving his own, of which

Not one shall go missing, each accounted for

He in joy comes to gather his herd together in twilight of ending age

Away from destruction's path in presence of glorious giver of life –
