Rest in His Presence

Wisdom is truth that is life streaming forth from His glorious presence

From His mouth came pleasantness of a kind that is eternal and all defining

In Him is life and this Life he has brought to Man

To listen to truth that is all sustaining they would be filled with light of life that

Lives forever, He was and is now and always will be

What He made in joy

He has come to redeem by grace

That those who reach to Him shall be lifted up, raised from perditions muddy and miry mire,

Set upon a pedestal, made clean in light of His presence

Old nature cast off in a moment of joyous exultation of faith manifest

Forever set in apparels of glorious light without compare

Come to Him who calls out of love, that you be redeemed and blessed

Abiding in His eternal favour

He who will surely judge has come to offer redemption and salvation in Himself

Come to Him, that you may no longer suffer afflictions ancient curse

Receive His blessings; nurturing and eternal, without harm that you may be delivered out of harm’s  way

Come to Creator’s loving fold

Feed at breasts of loving grace; be filled with milk of life

Feeding on bread of knowledge

That you may delight in never ending wonders of His works and joy

Thus shall your joy know no end

Respond to His call and enter His grace

Seek Him who is standing in truth unhidden and obvious

Seek His ways and confirm your trust in Him

Grace has been revealed for your salvation, O man

Seek simple paths of life eternal in truth

Enter grace of His glorious presence and live

Knowledge comes from He who made knowledge with all understanding

That in being taught way of life resplendent you are enabled insight into beauty without compare

You who long lacked rest can come and rest in His presence where peace is unending-
